By downloading, installing, or using the SeeReal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

SeeReal is a mobile application that provides AI-powered visualization and daily focus tools. The App allows users to:

• Create personal goals with categories and descriptions
• Upload photos for AI visualization
• Receive daily AI-generated images based on their goals
• Share generated visualizations
• Set up daily focus reminders via notifications

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use SeeReal, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and all associated data will be removed.

5.1 Your Photos

You retain all rights to photos you upload to the App. By uploading photos, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your photos to generate AI visualizations
• Use uploaded content to improve our AI generation models
• Display your photos and generated images back to you

This license terminates when you delete your account or the associated content.

5.2 Your Goals

Goal descriptions and categories you create are used solely to generate personalized AI visualizations. This content is private to your account.

IMPORTANT: SeeReal uses AI technology to generate visualization images.

• Generated images are created by AI and may not perfectly represent your goals
• AI-generated content is provided for motivational and visualization purposes only
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated images
• Generated images should not be relied upon for any professional, medical, or therapeutic purposes

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive images

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEREAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

SeeReal is a visualization and motivation tool. It is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or medical treatment. We make no claims regarding the effectiveness of visualization techniques for achieving personal goals.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, uploading inappropriate content, or any reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or App Store update notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
