SeeReal ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the SeeReal mobile application (the "App").

Account Information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we collect:

• Email address
• First and last name

User Content

When you use the App, we store:

• Photos you upload for goal visualization
• Goals you create (categories, descriptions, custom images)
• AI-generated visualization images

Preferences & Settings

• Timezone and language preference
• Notification settings (enabled/disabled, preferred time)

Device Information

• Device identifier (for push notifications only)
• Push notification token

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Advertising IDs or tracking for marketing purposes
• Browsing history outside the App
• Contact lists or social media data
• Location data
• Payment information (handled by Apple)

We use collected information to:

• Provide the service: Generate personalized AI visualizations based on your goals and photos
• Deliver notifications: Send daily visualization reminders at your preferred time
• Manage your account: Authenticate your identity and maintain your goals and images
• Improve the App: Understand usage patterns to enhance the visualization experience

Your data is stored using the following services:

• Firebase Authentication: Secure account management via Apple and Google Sign-In
• Google Cloud Storage: Encrypted storage for uploaded and generated images
• Backend API: Secure servers for goal management and image generation

All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Server access is restricted and monitored.

Data Retention

• Your photos and generated images are retained as long as your account is active
• When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed
• Individual goals and images can be deleted at any time from within the App

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View all your goals, photos, and generated images within the App
• Delete: Remove individual goals, photos, or your entire account
• Opt-out of notifications: Disable push notifications at any time in app settings or iOS Settings

How to Delete Your Account

• In-app: Go to Settings → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data
• Contact support: Email us to request account deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your goals, uploaded photos, and generated images will be permanently removed.

SeeReal does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is not directed at children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account and all associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and may notify you through the App or App Store update notes.
