SeeReal helps you reprogram your mind through AI-powered visualization. Set personal goals, upload your photos, and receive daily AI-generated images that visualize you achieving your goals. It's a daily focus tool designed to keep your aspirations front and center.

1. Open SeeReal and tap "Sign In"
2. Choose "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google"
3. Follow the authentication prompts
4. Your account is created automatically

1. Tap the "+" button to add a new goal
2. Choose a goal category
3. Write a description of what you want to achieve
4. Optionally add a custom image for the goal
5. Save your goal

1. Go to your profile or goal settings
2. Tap to upload a photo
3. Select a photo from your photo library
4. The photo will be securely uploaded and used for AI visualizations

SeeReal uses AI to generate personalized images based on your goals and uploaded photos. Each day, the AI creates a new visualization that represents you making progress toward your goals, helping you stay motivated and focused.

New AI-generated images are created daily. You can also request an immediate generation from within the app. Each goal receives fresh visualizations to keep your motivation renewed.

Yes! Tap on any generated image to view it, then use the share button to send it via Messages, social media, or any other sharing method available on your device.

1. Go to Settings in the app
2. Enable notifications
3. Choose your preferred notification time
4. You'll receive a daily reminder with your new visualization

Make sure notifications are also enabled in iOS Settings → SeeReal → Notifications.

1. Long-press on your home screen
2. Tap the "+" button in the top corner
3. Search for "SeeReal"
4. Choose a widget size and tap "Add Widget"
5. The widget will display your latest AI-generated visualization

1. Open SeeReal and go to Settings
2. Tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm the deletion

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your goals, uploaded photos, and generated images will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Your photos and goals are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We use encrypted storage and secure authentication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes! When viewing a generated image, you can save it directly to your photo library using the share sheet. The app will request photo library access the first time you save an image.

1. Check your internet connection
2. Make sure you have at least one active goal
3. Try requesting a manual generation from the app
4. Force quit and reopen the app

1. Go to iOS Settings → SeeReal → Notifications
2. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is enabled
3. Check that notifications are enabled within the SeeReal app settings
4. Verify your preferred notification time is set correctly

1. Make sure you're connected to the internet
2. Try the alternative sign-in method (Apple or Google)
3. If using Apple Sign-In, check iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple
4. Force quit and reopen the app
